Coney Island is the site of amusement parks and a well known seaside resort. A place very frequented by families throughout New York and all around the US. The attractions began declining in popularity after the Second World War, which allowed Boss Artie Cade to purchase the area for pennies. Restructuring it into an all new amusement park, it has once again gained massive popularity and serves as one of his main fronts. Underneath the island, however, is where Artie modifies his ill-gotten stores of firearms for sale and keeps his torturing toys...
